What We Offer To You And Your Family
Piano Classes:
Our teachers bring piano to life! We focus on learning to read music, but in a way that is fun and very comprehensive. We also like to integrate hymns, classical music, chords, ear training, and contemporary Christian music. We like to meet the students where they are, regardless of what stage in their musical journey.
Guitar Classes:
The students learn how to play guitar by reading tabs, music, and learning how to play by ear. Students also learn the fundamentals of chords, and learn how to play with backing tracks, training students to be able to eventually play with a band or in their church.
Vocal Classes:
Vocal classes focus on how to sing properly, as to not damage a student's vocal chords. They learn songs, how to harmonize, and most importantly, how to read music. Whether your goal is to sing in front of a crowd, join a choir, sing karaoke, or just sing in the car or shower, we can help you!
Violin Classes:
Violin classes focus on technique with the instrument, and learning how to read music. If violin classes are for a school aged student, they will read music proficiently enough to easily join in a school orchestra as soon as they are able.
Ukulele Classes:
Ukulele classes focus on playing chords, and playing in a fun, casual manner. Everything from rock, pop, and even Christmas music can be played on the ukulele. Many students not only learn to play the instrument, but learn how to sing, as well.
Art Classes:
Unleash your inner artist with our fun and creative art classes. We work with everything, from drawing, painting, jewelry making, epoxy resin, mosaics, and more! Art classes are meant to be a means of expression, and our most serious students use the things they create here in their portfolios.
Tutoring Services:
We offer tutoring in all subjects, up to and including College AP Calculus II. We teach reading, sight words, ELA, math, science, and history. We emphasize memorization of multiplication and division tables, and basic addition and subtraction. For older students, we encourage memorization of squares and square roots up to 25. If your child is in need of a little more homework/schoolwork structure, we can help there, as well. Education is the most powerful tool a person can carry in their arsenal. Come learn with us!
